My landlord took us to court on the 29th of last month for staying over the lease at court her attorney asked when could we be out of the property and I informed her the 17th of August which is today. at the court we were given 21 days which would have fallen on the 19th. my husband went over today to get the rest of our things and the place was completely cleaned out our beds dressers tvs freezer everything gone. I had my daughter take pictures of the cleaned out house.

This sounds illegal. The only person who can carry out an eviction is the Sheriff, and if you went to court on 7/29, I can pretty much guarantee that didn't happen, since the Sheriff is scheduling 6-8 weeks out right now. Strongly recommend acting NOW to get a lawyer, and sue him for all the things you lost, plus damages for an illegal eviction. The law calls for attorney's fees, so if you win and can collect from the landlord, you won't have to pay a lawyer out of pocket.
