Had heated argument with Apartment maintenance man (MM) and ever since he has been sabotaging my apartment as revenge.

After fight, MM was on my roof installing vibration pads for the A/C units. I heard two loud crashes; sounded like he dropped the AC condensers and right after the roaring hum and violent shaking in apartment began. Different outside contractors have come in; all young and inexperienced. Twice I was gaslit and twice the issue was fixed. But day after I heard MM on roof working and shaking/roar came back even worse. Yesterday I heard the same two crashes as before and now the noise/shaking is off the charts. (Vibration meter and sound meter app recorded) Building supervisor and regional manager won’t admit the MM is sabotaging the work and now they are saying they’ve done all they can. Have recorded MM (fully informed I was taping) saying he could easily hear the loud roaring hum and feel the shaking. He also said that the bldg. supervisor heard it too. I also have emails I sent saying issue was resolved and then email saying it returned days later after hearing someone on roof. I want to sue to get this fixed, damages, health, emotional distress etc. This seems to be criminal as well. Infrasound and low level vibrations are a known health issue.
