Frist violation urine too diluted due to drinking allot of water at the gym prior to testing. Second violation neglecting to obtain permission to travel to Fla. to visit my mother over the Labor Day weekend. Third violation failing to appear for PBT 2 days in a row - because the testin site in Fort Lauderdale was close for the holidays. What are the chances of me going to jail and how long.

I have to imagine the probation officer is getting pretty suspicious at this point. You can see getting a pass on the dilution, maybe, the first time. But heading out to Fort Lauderdale without permssion and then no tests for two days? You could be show caused, and have to explain these issues. I hope your mother makes a good witness. If you get a show cause order, I suggest you consult with an attorney. In the meantime, be right on track with your PO.
I agree with Mr. Poulson. You weren't even supposed to go to Florida without permission, however, it sounds like they were cordial with you as you were then at least supposed to test while you were there. Then, you failed to test. The diluted sample now looks more suspect than it did at first. I doubt that the court will accept that the only place to test for alcohol in Florida was closed as an excuse. I'd start shopping for an attorney and in the meantime stay on the straight and narrow.
