Hi!i gave the asylum interview in last september 6 and am told to pick up my reslts in september 20 , since as i was in F1

con......' status, i filed asylum but as my class had already start from august 22 and couildnot enroll so what are my result consequences like 1 aprove but if not what will be like intend to deny or reffer to the court and i dont know whether i am in F1 status or not now and not attending college in known by the officer also? somebody has idea about it?

If you are no longer in F-1 status and the asylum is denied, you will be placed in removal proceedings. You should retain an experienced immigration lawyer to review all the facts and advise you accordingly.
