Can i be sued??
A tree trimmer pretended to fall on my property, while he was doing an estimate. I did not see him fall- when I turned around he was on the ground already. Does that mean there is no witness? Can he sue me? Will any one hear my case before the lawsiut goes forward? Norman Spurgeon
