What can I do?

Me and my boyfriend of 16 years split up he took our son out of state and was supposed to be visiting family and bring him back in 2 weeks. Now he has refused to bring him back because I am not financially stable right now because of being a stay at home mother to his daughter and our son for 16 years it's really hard for me to get a job right now. He won't give me his address and I had to get my son's phone number from my family. He is constantly talking bad about me to my son and telling lies on me to turn him against me. He's 13 years old by the way. Now he is taking me to court for custody. I don't have a car because he took it and everything else. I live in Kentucky and have to go to Ohio. There's so much more involved in this but I can't type it all . I feel like he kidnapped my son and is now trying to get custody. What can I do?
