If I pay my fine online will it look bad?
I got a speeding ticket going 13miles over the speed limit the officer who pulled me over said it won't put points on my license or be put on my insurance what did he mean by that?

Paying the fine in lieu of appearing in court has the effect of a guilty plea. However, in this instance, the officer is correct. If the citation is for less than 15 mph over the speed limit, it is not reported to DDS or to your insurance company.
