My marriage was voided because my wife previous divorce was not final. After knowing that she left the country and was pregnant at that time. She delivered baby abroad. She is US citizen, i am not. which state i can file for paternity or child custody, she is resident of different state, whats the best time to file or as soon possible. If she name someone else as father what i can do.
