Child custody.
Could I fight my ex for custody and win if my child is constantly getting into trouble with the school with her...she let's her power get cut off and she has recently been committed.

It is impossible to know in advance whether you will win if you go to court and ask for custody. But, the judge makes a custody decision based on the best interests of the child and in making that decision the judge takes things like how the child is doing in school into account.
