CAn I sue my pain management's office?

Well my doctor office changes doctors every 2 months idk why but the last doctor there did not discharge me they were out of doctors for 2 months witch I didnt receive any of my meds.the complaints were my meds was not in my urns I was at a hospital for a broken finger and I could not take any meds from no other doctor because of pain management I took more of my meds and ended up running out so when I went in they tell me im discharged because of lack of meds in my system.i brought paper work wit all the facts on it and they still left me wit no meds never called to tell me anything just dropped Me..what can I do about this?
