Chase is taking over two weeks to refund my money as it was negligence on their part. Can I sue them?

Chase linked some strangers account to my savings and checking account and they withdrew in one day $32k with no notice to me whatsoever? The person was on the West Coast and I am on the East coast of Florida and I was under doctor care as I just had surgery. Chase claims department stated I would have the money in my account by yesterday. The person who stole the money did 5 telephone transfers in one day then went to three different branches all in one day and no one at Chase thought that was abnormal?.. the person had .64 cents in her account prior to that day. Something wrong right there not to mention her address and anything else she provided did not match. Totally ludicrous and I followed a police report as I noticed the transactions within three days as Chase policy changes do not appear for three-five business days on the website?. But yet the person who transferred the money did not have a hold on money till transaction was verified... does not make any sense to me. No notifications as she was able to change my alerts crazy and simply fraudulent on Chase side to allow it to happen. I think it was an inside job as my Valid photo ID AND PASis in my possession

1. You did not say how long Chase has been holding the money so I am unable to respond completely. 2. FYI, ALL banks will delay giving money back to customers as long as possible, using "it's still under investigation" as their excuse. 3. The greater the amount of money involved the longer it will take to get your money back. 4. All big banks are terrified of lawyers because they hate to pay legal fees to their own lawyers. 5. However, $32,000 is not enough money to attract competent trial lawyers; so 6. your only option is to hire a very experienced Florida lawyer who has an extensive banking background to help recover your money. 7. I am presently doing this for several other clients who have been burned by thieves.
