We are a small company of less than 50 people and are slowly expanding. We would like to hire someone in Canada and sponsor their visa/relocation. They currently live in Europe. Our company is located in the US. We are currently exploring our options and want to understand the financial difference and overall feasibility in terms of using an EOR provider vs. doing it ourselves.
