Removing an assessment lien on my property put on by the Home Owner’s Association

1 views 1 answers
I have an assessment lien on my property which was put on by my HOA. The reason given for this lien is that I haven’t paid assessment fees, which I have disputed earlier. How do I go about removing this lien without paying the disputed assessment fees? Can I make my case to the County to remove this lien because the circumstances for this lien are in dispute in the first place? Thanks for your help.
