Hi, I came to US from India in my L1 B Visa Jan 2010. Later chnaged my status from L1B to L2 visa since my spouse is working here in L1B. I have my EAD till 12 Feb 2011 same as that of the end date of my Husband's L1B Visa. After my EAD Expires, can I continue to work in my old L1B Visa which is valid till end of 2012?

No. You would need to change status back to L-1B. You should retain an experienced immigration lawyer to review all the facts and advise you accordingly.

You will have to leave the U.S. and re-enter on your L-1B visa with proof that your old employer hired you back or file an application for change of status.

No, you would need to get L-1B status again. Either the L-1B petitioner can file a new peittion for you and request a change in status, or if your old peititon was never withdrawn or revoked you could leave the U.S. and reenter with your current L-1B visa stamp and petition approval notice. By the way, I hope you mean that your EAD expires in February 2012, not 2011.
