What type of Attorney do I need to sue the Department of Children Family Services?

What type of Attorney do I need to sue the Department of Children Family Services? They have forged documents and have neglected to care for my son. He remains in a home where he is not receiving treatment. Yet they took him out of my home because he wanted to be on his own. He has a brain condition and is not capable of supporting himself. They have no reason that he should not be in my care besides him not wanting to come home. His situation is getting worse and DCFS refuses to look in to it because they said they can't legally because he is not in a foster home. Yet they placed him there and are receiving financial aid as if they were foster parents taking care of him.
