I Worked for a bank and i made some cash handling mistakes, but it was exegareted by the service manager ANGEL RONESSI. When i had the appeal i didnt say everything like she made me nervous and was always threatening my -co workers and i that she will fire us, the customer heard it too, it was Wells fargo bank, and i never had any losses to the bank, the mistakes i made are everyday mistakes that happen to the other tellers, there are tellers with 1000 or 2000 dollar diffrences and nothing happens. I have been with the bank for 9 years and a good employee, i always made over my goals, I feel like i was terminated unjustfully and i was singled out, and discrimanated. I got along with everyone and the customers liked me too.

Affirmed means that the previous decision is approved and will stand. If you were the appellant, it means that you lost and the other party held on to the prior victory. You don't say whether this was an administrative appeal or a court appeal. If it was an administrative appeal, you may have rights to appeal further or to initiate a legal action. If it was a legal action, you may have some limited rights to appeal further. Typically, an appeal does not turn on the facts, but on whether the correct was law was used to decide the matter and whether the legal procedures were fully and correctly followed. You should consult an attorney to determine whether you have any viable options at this point.

You dont actually say what the appeal was about. I am assuming it was because of an unemployment compensation case which was denied. Your affirmance, for the denial, is final and you would need to file suit to obtain benefits if you believe the decision was incorrect. By the way the record is fixed from the hearing level and appellate process. You cannot add in facts that you failed to add in previously. Seek legal help as there are time frames which will apply. Publishing your service managers name in a post like this is a potential problem. You should resist the desire to do that in the future.
