As Mr. Mallory points out, the Seminole Tribe of Florida enjoys special (sovereign) immunity from traditional lawsuits. That is because it is considered a sovereign nation. Because the Hard Rock Casino and hotel are on tribal land, there would be limitations on your ability to sue the Seminole Tribe in state or federal court. There may be a tribal court remedy available. However, if there were other entities that were responsible for a fall -- such as a maintenance company or another vendor -- they may not have the sovereign immunity that the Seminole Tribe would . That is something you may want to look into. It depends on whose negligence, if anyone's, caused the slip and fall.

As to Hard Rock, you may have special issues. The Hard Rock chain is owned by the Seminole Tribe, and the Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida, is actually on a reservation. The Seminole is a sovereign nation and cannot ordinarily be sued in state or federal court. You should look very carefully at your ticket to the event, as there are likely to be limitations placed upon you by virtue of your use of the ticket.

A negligence case requires certain elements of proof. There are too many variables that need to be discussed to give you the answer that you are looking for. The best thing is to actually sit down with an attorney and discuss all the important specifics.
If there is an injury, with damages, and the fall was the result of some conduct that was not reasonable under the circumstance, then maybe, just maybe, a case might exist.
Contact a local lawyer to talk specifics.
Good luck to you.
