There are 3 ways to charge someone : indictment, complaint and information. It means that charges have been filed.

It means charges have been filed against you. In Arizona you can get a DUI for driving and having the drug metabolite in your system. It is irrelevant if you were immured or not. You need to retain counsel to protect your constitutional rights and evaluate your case. The way you have the information listed it sounds like you may be charged with Aggravated DUI. Aggravated DUI is a very serious felony offense. Good luck, Aaron Black DUI Defense Attorney Law Office of Aaron M. According to this information, it appears as if charges have been filed against you for DUI. You should seek out legal counsel who is experienced in defending DUI charges. Good luck.
