Can the sponsor fill out form I-864A for the Household Member?

I am the sponsor and Im currently filling out USCIS form I 864A. It has to be filled out by both the sponsor and household member but can I fill out the entire form myself and have the household member (my dad) sign and date wherever needed?

Yes, you can fill out the entire "Supplement A" yourself and have the household member (my dad) sign and date wherever needed. Make sure he reads/understand it first, though.
