hi, my parents came here on 10 year tourist visa, suddenly my dad feels pain in his chest and we went for diagnostic, the doctor said they need to check the patient by performing some tests, then they did varius test of heart and blood. after a week they send us a bill of 800$ which i was unable to pay at that time so i apply for charity care. now my parents are planning to come to US next month ,are they gonna face any problem in re-entry because of CHARITY CARE or not. please help

Probably not.

This shouldn't be a problem for admission as a visitor, though if actual public assistance it may cause issues for any later green card case. If genuine emergency care, may not be an issue in any event.

I agree with my colleagues, this should not be an issue for their visitor visa.

It will only be an issue if you have become a public charge under the existing immigration laws that would make you inadmissable. Based on the facts you have provided it would not appear this exists.
