Where would one go to review all the court records for a foreclosure? To the county the property is located? Are all the filings and orders for that foreclosure in the file?

If you are involved in a non-contested foreclosure, the action is processed in Trenton, at the NJ Office of Foreclosure. The address is: Foreclosure Processing Services Superior Court Clerk’s Office 25 W. Market Street, 6th Floor, NorthWing Trenton, NJ 08611 For General Questions and status requests, you can call (609) 421-6100 or e-mail: [email protected]. Easier for you... you can also call the bank's attorney and ask for any documentation related to the case; usually, the bank's lawyer will send you copies of the Complaint, Default, Judgment, if you ask for it. Best of luck in your foreclosure action, Lou Louis A. Simoni, Esquire Simoni Law Office, LLC

The Trenton office is still the official office to house all of the documents. There is no way to know how many orders are in the file but they will (should) all be in the file in Trenton. If all else fails and you believe there are additional documents, send the banks lawyer a certified letter requesting a copy of their filings. Certified because you want proof of mailing in case you get no response. Good luck.
