My I-130 has been denied, while my wife has filed for a divorce, can i marry another us citizen and file again?
i just recieved a denial of my petition can i file another one with a different us citizen

You can but be aware that marrying to obtain an immigration benefit is marriage fraud. Marrying so soon after a petition has been denied will be a big red flag to the USCIS.

That depends on the reasons for denial and whether both marriages are real and not just marriages to gain immigration benefits.

There is no limit on the ability to seek legitimate immigration benefits. I agree with my colleague that anyone who attempts to seek benefits through fraud is subject to deportation and criminal charges.
