I'm trying to move out at the age of 18 without parents permission, I have a green Card which I will be having with me. I have been living here for about 5 years in USA so if I move out now after 18, is it possible that my dad would be able to disown me and get back the Green Card and send me back to my hometown as I would be disowned and taken away the Green Card status? and if yes what can be done to avoid it because I'm trying to move out as there are lot of fights and tensions always in my family, my dad would come drunk at night and talk wrong things and they would always ask for money, won't let us live the way we want, my mother is always abusing all day, etc. I have planned this move out since I was 16 years old.

At the age of 18 you are considered an adult. You are free to move from your parents' home and you do not need their permission. If you have been a permanent resident for 5 years you may be able to file for your citizenship on your own after you turn 18. No, your father can not take away your green card nor can he have you deported. Good luck.

It depends on exactly what you mean by "disown." In the US, you are an adult and are treated as such when you turn 18. Your father cannot take your green card away, and cannot deport you. He could, however, disinherit you.

I agree with my colleagues. He cannot effect your immigration status.
