You need to talk to your probation officer. Generally, you are not allowed to leave the state which is supervising the probation — but probation officers have the authority to waive the requirements for short travel periods. This is not legal advice and is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship. You should speak to an attorney for further information.

You need to ask your probation officer. Generally you can't leave the state. If you want to get permission, your chances are enhanced if you can do much of the work: come up with a detailed plan before you ask. Get it in writing. Probation officers have been known to forget, and you don't want to end up in violation.

You need to request a travel permit from the court. Talk to your probation officer. He will probably bring you in front of the judge to determine whether you will be permitted to leave the state.
