I went to my citizenship (through marriage) interview 3 weeks ago and I passed the exam, but they want extra evidence.???

I passed the citizenship test, but the officer told me that I was going to have to send extra evidence such as bills and joint accounts. In the letter that I receive with the instructions, it's asking me to also provide them with a copy of my husband's driver's license of state id. The problem is that he recently got his license suspended, and due to his job he hasn't been able to obtain an state id. I need to send those papers within this week, but I don't know what to do about his id. Please help! Thanks.
Because you applied based on marriage to and living with a United States Citizen for the last three years, I would have submitted these supporting documents with the application. However, the officer's request is not inclusive. In other words, tell the officer the reason why you cannot submit the driver license and or the state id; but instead send overwhelming evidence to proof that you are living together. I would send documents showing this fact for the last three years. documents like bank accounts, credit cards, lease, insurance property ownership, children birth certificates, if any, income tax returns, etc...
Good luck

Based on your fact pattern, it appears CIS wants more informatin on your eligibility for the marriage exception (to the 5 year requirements). The type and style of evidence is similar to that used to support an I-130 and I-751. If you don't understand the request, or you want to ensure that your properly respond, hire an attorney to help you with the evidentiary submission.
