How can I serve a subpoena without an attorney?

I have filed and have a court date for child support modification. The father is currently paying the court ordered amount. His earnings have greatly increased. The last modification was in 2003.. I would like to represent myself, how can I serve the subpoena?

Per CCP 1985, you will need to obtain a blank subpena issued by the Clerk of The Court, or by a judge; these should be available at your local courthouse.
