Under AR probate laws what must be done with an irrevocable trust
wife had an irrevocablt trust ,she was in nurseing home,,, passed away.. what do i do about the trust,,,,no estate or money..she only had her s/s check

The irrevocable trust should have specific language on what is to happen when the trust ends.
If there are no assets in her estate or the trust then the trust just dissolves. You might check with a local attorney to be sure there are no formal requirements, which might be the case if the trust were overseen by a court, like a special needs trust often is.
