Does breastfeeding qualify for expedited processing for the I-130? If so how to contact USCIS?

I’m a US citizen currently residing overseas. I have 2 daughters (One- and-half year old + a three-month old). I was able to obtain the US citizenship certificate and US passport for both daughters from the US embassy here. I filed the I-130 for my wife 2 months ago. USCIS confirmed they received all paperwork Oct. 19, 2011.The processing time for the I-130 is 5 months. The problem is that I need to go back to the US soon but I cannot take my daughters along with me since their mother (my wife) still has not heard anything back regarding her I-130. My wife still breastfeeding our youngest daughter. Hence, could that be enough evidence to ask for expiated I-130 processing? if so, can I contact the USCIS myself? Do the USCIS have an email or a mailing address for this type of situations? Thx

You would need to contact the USCIS office adjudicating the I-130 petition to request an expedite. In all honesty, I doubt that they will act on the request, as there is no reason why your daughters cannot remain with your wife until she is ready to apply for (and hopefully receive) her visa. Good luck to the four of you!

Your wife may be granted parole which will allow her to enter the USA while the I-130 is pending. A border patrol officer normally stamps the passport with the parole. If you have a good reason for needing to come to the US before the I-130 is granted you should make an appointment at the US consulate and explain the situation. They may grant your wife a visa or the parole. Are you military? If so the parole is likely to be granted.
