Expungement of a dwi is unlikely, and even were a judge to grant it under the inherent authority of the court, such an expungement would not extend to DPS records, because the DPS is an executive branch agency. It is the DPS records of the convictions and license revocations that are standing in your way.

As counsel previously stated, expungement of a DWI is very difficult. Having said that, in some cases it may be possible, given certain facts and circumstances. The only way to properly determine your options is to sit down with an experienced DWI attorney to discuss your specific situation. Feel free to contact my office if you are interested in further discussing your options.

Based upon the information you provided, an expungement will not be possible because you were convicted of the crimes. Additionally, the Supreme Court has strongly indicated that impact on future employment is not a good reason for the court to grant an inherent power expungement, which only expunges the judicial and not the executive level records (DMV, DOC, BCA). A judicial expungement will not assist with your situation, so it would probably be a waste of time. These issues are complex, so you should speak to an attorney without delay.
