When you say they are appealling the injunction, do you mean they are "contesting" the temporary injunction or did a Judge have a hearing and they appealled it to the appellate court? Answer these questions, I may be able to give you a better answer.

If the injunction was already granted, it's very difficult for a person to get it dismissed. Depending on when the judge granted the injunction, the respondent could ask for a motion to reconsider. Make sure you attend any hearings on the matter. Good luck, Summer Goldman
