Over the last few years I have had a couple tickets and had to write a few hot checks, I was arrested and spent one night in jail, had to bond out of all, in the mean while I paid all the checks and went to court for the fines, set up payment plans and defaulted on them all, My purse was stolen and now I do not even have a picture ID. I can not get a job. CAN YOU HELP????were should I start? I have wanted to go ahead a sit it out in Jail but I have 3 small kids and not sure what to do??? I am not a criminal, i just need help

Check with the court where you set up the payment plan to find out if you are eligible to establish a new payment plan or perform community service to pay off the outstanding fines. Once the court approves either resolution, file a theft report with the police department and contact the Department of Public Safety to replace your driver's license.
