This man even being in the presence of your children, no matter their age or sex, puts you not only at risk of losing custody, but supervised visitation going forward. You may think he is a changed man and maybe he is, but what if you are wrong? Are you willing to risk possible abuse of your own children? Would it be logical for the children’s father not to worry? This is a choice between this man and your children. You know the right answer.

I would think the fact that you are dating an offender would be grounds for a court to consider removing the children from your home. Now I will add this, if the circumstances were he was 19 and she was 16, that would be a little different than if he was 30+ and she was a teenager, but that's still left up to the judge.

Don't you think that your intended course of action raises serious concerns about your judgment and his sexual interests? I do.
