He asks me for extra time outside of the court order with our children and I usually agree and then harasses me about the amount of child support he has to pay to the point that I can not even give him the extra time. He threatens me with taking me to court. He calls me private because he doesn't want me to have his number but then tells me what a terrible parent I am because I have state aide, am going to college, and do not have a job. I just want him to stop. I am not sure what to call it, but I believe what he is doing is emotional abuse. I am a very stable person except when it comes to him. He talks to me in a way that he is degrading me and yes it hurts. I feel like he is driving me crazy....haha. What are my options?

Tell him to stop calling you or you will call the police and report his harassment. Your other option is to file for a restraining order or harassment injunction.

I guess I would start by selecting the option of no calls from unknown callers. That will force him to allow his number, or not call you. Otherwise, I do tend to call the police to handle these types of matters. That is what they are their for.
