I received a DUI in a state different from the state I am licensed in. Will this charge be on my driving record?

I got a OMVI in Ohio while living there for a brief time. I never got an Ohio drivers license (only licensed in Washington State). I am not back in Washington - is that charge on my Washington driving record? How long will it stay?

The interstate driver's license compact (of which Washington is a member) is a compact between the states to share driver information regarding certain convictions and suspensions (including DUI). It's hard to say exactly what the effect of a conviction/suspension from another state will have on your WA license. But there is a good chance that the conviction will show. I can't answer as to how long an out of state conviction could remain on your WA record, but a DUI conviction from WA can stay on the DL for 15 years.
