well this is going to be very difficult. The law has established two different waivers, one for illegal presence (I-601) and the other one for being deported (I-212). However these waivers are good only for one time occurrence. Your facts stay that he has been deported 4 times, which means that he has violated the immigration laws at least 5 times, under the circumstances he would not qualify for the waivers. However, have your case to be personally reviewed by an experienced immigration attorney.

Hello, Unfortunately it appears unlikely that you would be able to help your boyfriend immigrate lawfully, unless possibly there is a major change in the immigration laws., if your boyfriend returned to the U.S. unlawfully after deportation (or after more than one year of being in the U.S. without valid immigration status), he has a problem with a permanent inadmissibility bar. If he was deported (and not just departed voluntarily) two or more times, then under current U.S. immigration laws, he would be required to remain outside the U.S. for at least 20 years before he would become eligible to apply for a waiver. He needs to be aware that he also can be charged/convicted under the criminal law for re-entry after prior deportation. Best wishes, Jennifer

You cannot do anything until you marry. Once you are married, what can be done will depend on exactly what happened when he was "deported." You need to retain an experienced immigration lawyer to review all the facts, and your boyfriend's entire immigration history, and advise you accordingly.
