H1B visa with Bachelor degree in Politics and 3 years good sales management experience.

Hi, I was wondering if you could give me any advice on seeking an H1B visa with non-specialist experience. I have good software sales experience, I am a very confident and well spoken person, and I speak fluent French. Is this enough to get past the issues surrounding evidence that a USC could not do my job? How often are H1B visas granted to sales people?
Regards,
Luke
You are confusing the requirements for H-1b and a green card. In general, you BA degree must relate to the job you will preforming for the H-1b. It does not seem like a degree in political science would apply.. Further, sales job are often questioned if ANY degree is needed at all.

You should have your formal education and/or professional experience evaluated to see whether it is equivalent to a U.S. bachelor degree in a specific field. If the equivalency matches a field that is commonly required for the proposed position, you can start considering an H-1B petition.
