Are ticket citations admissible in municipal court in NJ? What if they are not and it is to my benefit to use them?

The written summons is admissible as a business record, as are any notes written on the back of the ticket.

The citation is a court record as well. The information on the citation can be used to cross the officer as can information written on the back. For instance if the cop testifies it was clear and the ticket indicates it was snowing or if he has you speeding but he wrote the ticket for a blinker or if it is in the wrong name or inaccurate information.
