What would happen if my husband forget to send in G-325A with the I-130 and also the Affidavits Sworn..and if there's anyway we can send them in even if we already have a receipt number.?
The case may be rejected in which you can resend it in with the G-325. Or they may accept the petition and send a request for evidence for the G-325

If you have the receipt number then CIS has accepted the case. They will likely issue a request for evidence. Make sure that you timely submit your response with everything they request. If you don't understand the request, retain counsel to prepare and file the response for you.
