While under first offender probation, am I considered a convicted felon?
I am currently on first offender probation for burglary and criminal damage to property in the second degree.

Not in my state which is CA. probation is an alternative to a felony conviction. If you complete it successfully depending on the kind of program your state has the case may be dismissed. Check with a GA lawyer for a more precise answer.
