We came across A LOT of hard drug paraphenilia in our roommates room. Clearly abusing and the other roommates want nothing to do with it. What is the best course of action to get rid of this roommate? The roommate has only been living in the house for a couple months.

Illegal drug use on a rented premisis is a violation of the Washington Residential Landlord Tenant Act. If your roommate is using illegal drugs in your aparatment, your landlord has the right to initiate an unlawful detainer (eviction) action against him/her. If you want your roommate out, tell the landlord, or the police about what you found.
