Can i file a motion under sb 785?

I had 2 boys. one without living together than i signed the aop, we started living together we got the 2nd boy, then later we got married for 3 yrs. she file divorced 5 yrs later- I pay cs n medical. now can I order a motion under this new law? this case is about 10 yrs old. I"m current on cs but always had my doubts. what can I do?
