How do enforce a CR2a?

My not quite ex yet, refuses to pay the cell phone bills and lunches for his kids. He agreed to it and signed the CR2a. It has been over 4 months and I have not received any money.

If you have a CR 2A agreement and more than 90 days have passed and no final orders have been entered, you need to reduce the CR2A agreement to final papers and have them entered with the court. At that time , if the party still refuses to abide by the court order, you can file a motion for contempt. Hope this helps
