I have bamboo that is growing in my neighbors yard. Can they require me to remedy the bamboo?

Check with your city administrator to see if there is a bamboo ordinace. Some places have such an ordinance (rare), but many places do not. Unless there is a specific regulation that applies you do not have to but down your tree or pay to improve somone else's property. Good luck to you.
