IS THE SHERIFF ALLOWED TO GIVE THE 5 DAY LOCK OUT NOTICE TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE TENANT THAT THE NOTICE PERTAINS TOO?

I DID NOT ATTEND MY UNLAWFUL DETAINER COURT DATE. I DO NOT KNOW THE RESULTS OF THE CASE BUT AM ASSUMING THAT THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT WILL BE OUT TO DELIVER A 5 DAY LOCK OUT NOTICE. UP TO HOW MANY DAYS CAN IT TAKE FOR THEM TO COME AND WHO ARE THEY ALLOWED TO SERVE THE NOTICE TO?

Yes. The sheriff's deputy will probably just post the Notice to Vacate on the front door. The number of days depends upon how quickly the plaintiff's attorney can get a writ of possession issued, and delivered to the sheriff's department for service.

Probably 5 to 10 days. When the complaint was served if there was a Prejudgment Claim of Right of Possession also served on unknown occupants, then after the requisite time a default can be entered against all occupants.
