I was on probation in Polk county but it was transferred to Marion county and my P.O. from Polk county still wants me to come to his office every month. Can he do that?

Contact your lawyer on the original conviction immediately! And of course, you may want to bring it up with your Marion County PO -- but not before you've talked to your lawyer.
