I have 3 Legal order on my personal checking, business checking, and saving account. It has been called as Legal Order, LTS U021012001749. They put all my money on hold in 02/10/2012 and I didnt receive any notice/letter until now. I tried to contact with BOA customer service and they gave me a legal deparment number. Every time I call in they just let me know that it's under review and they even dont know when having the result. I dont know what to do. My cash has run out and I have 2 kids :(.

Make sure no direct deposits or other $ goes to your BOA accts. You have the right to ask a judge to release the legal orders from your accounts but you must act quickly. You will need an attorney. You will need to find out which court issued the orders garnishing your accounts. There will Bev case number. You need to get copies of the petition, complaint, or application from that case number. The court clerk will sell you copies of those papers. Read the papers to understand why your bank accounts have been garnished. Do you owe child support? Do you owe money on a bank loan? Did someone sue you and get a judgment against you? If you believe that you do not owe the money or that your bank accounts were garnished wrongfully, then contact an attorney who can file papers asking the judge to release your bank accounts.
