Hi, Following are the details of my situation to which I need advice on 1. My employer company (the one who holds my H1b visa) is in Dallas, Texas 2. I work for a client in Charlotte, NC 3. Bu,t I work for that NC client remotely from Denver, CO. My work is entirely remote. No need to go to office. Following are the questions I have 1. Can you please advice/ suggest me on, to which address I need to file my LCA? 2. Is it possible to say on LCA about different addresses like "I work for charlotte, NC client from my home office in Denver, CO"? 3. Is it legal/Correct for H1B employee to work remotely.?

It is legal to work remotely, but you LCA should indicate all the workplaces you work. There is only room for address, no explanation on the LCA If you work remotely , you will run into the issue of employer/employee relationship and control with your H-1b petition or visa stamping Hire a good business immigration attorney to help you. 1. the address of your employer in Dallas Tx 2. Not only possible; you have to specify the address of your actual work site. 3. It is legal and permissible. You need to have experienced legal support for this kind of work. Your prevailing wage as H1B definitely enough to make sure you don't make mistake by filing paperwork yourself and loosing your classification as a result.

There must be an LCA covering the place you physically work at. You really should be discussing this with your company's immigration attorney.
