How to respond ro a serve for joinder?

Business 2 views 1 answers
My wife conceived & gave birth to a baby during our marriage with someone else across country (I'm active duty). The biological father (proved by DNA) sued her for joint custody & visitation. As the husband and provider of my wife & children, with them living with me, feel entitled to parental rights (pressumed father).I was there throughout the entire pregnancy & the baby and I share a deep bond. So I requested to be part of the case and was served with a joinder. How do I respond and file from across the country?

You should talk to a lawyer in the place where the court that is hearing the case is. Where is that?
