I was receiving benefits but was cut off after i discloses i was out of town for two weeks.i continued to apply for jobs in my home town and where i was visiting..at the time of hearing i couldn't retrieve my emails from my cell phone while speaking with the referee.those two weeks are in question to where i applied.i summited the info.but was steal denied.moving forward since then IV still been doing my certifications every two weeks.how can they deny me moving forward?
You are required to file in the State you're receiving benefits from consistently. You can still apply from this day forward but you probably won't receive benefits for the two weeks, unless you still filed in Missouri and they aren't crediting those weeks towards your benefits.
If you did file in MO each time, then you need to make sure the state awards you the correct amount of benefits.

Simply not being in town is not a reason the Division of Employment can cut off your benefits. Generally, you have to miss a filing, or they would have to find you are not actively seeking employment. However, if a referee has determined your benefits will no longer be paid, you have a very limited amount of time to appeal that determination. The date the appeal has to be filed on should be listed in the paperwork you received denying your benefits. If you miss that deadline, you lose the opprtunity to have the referee's decision overturned by the appeal's tribunal. I would recommend you seek the advice of an attorney.
