Did the traffic court get my traffic school completion information?

2 views 2 answers
The due date for my completing traffic school is coming up. The court has not processed the completion where I would see it online. There are no actual humans to answer phones there apparently. The traffic school says it can take two weeks to see the processing. What should I do? I'm eligible for an extension and I can click on that on the court's website, allowing time for the certificate to be processed. Or will that confuse the court? And what's "in TSR" mean?

You probably got a duplicate receipt when you took course online. As long as you have that I would not worry. It does take a while to process all of the traffic scholl completions that are electronically sent to the court. You could take your copy to the clerk. I believe TSR mean traffic school record.

How far away is the due date? It should be fine. Just make sure you keep a copy of the certificate of completion. The clerks office always operated very slow and is always short staffed. This is not something to be very concerned about. Drive safely. Now that LA eliminated the 12-hour traffic school you will not be eligible to attend traffic school on any other traffic conviction for 18 months. Drive carefully.
